After successful careers in sales and healthcare administration, I graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. 

C-SUITE ROLE

As a healthcare executive,  I have held C-Suite roles in Corporate Strategy and as Chief Legal Officer. I am board-certified in healthcare administration as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). I recently was named a Life Fellow for my thirty years of service in the profession. 

LEADING & RETAINING

I know how to motivate, lead, and retain employees. I managed a large team of over 180 employees in an acute care hospital setting. I improved employee engagement and retention while simultaneously improving business processes and financial performance.

EMPOWERING FUTURE GENERATION

I am an adjunct professor at  Trinity University in San Antonio, teaching health law in the healthcare administration graduate program. This role allows me to combine my healthcare administration experience with my legal experience and also mentor executive level students.
